This affiliate application form is for projects that would like to get involved with Epoch Labz, but it is important to note that only a project founder or team leader should fill out the form themselves to avoid any confusion regarding the legitimacy of the affiliation process. All selected affiliate applicants will be given a number of upcoming Epoch Labz project whitelist spots over time. Therefore, it will be up to the selected affiliate applicants to award and distribute these whitelist spots in the manner in which they choose and see fit, amongst their communities. Filling out this affiliate application form allows for our team to do our due diligence on each potential affiliate project, regarding legitimacy, before moving forward. If your affiliate application is successful, you will then be directly contacted by Lord Tivali, via the email address that you provide in your application, for the purpose of completing the affiliation process. Once the process is complete, you will then be subsequently added to our official list of affiliates. Please make sure to check your email's spam/junk folder regularly to avoid missing out.
